Material - Elmer's (PVA) Glue
PVA Glue is an invaluable resource when it comes to wicking your props.
Making sure that your wick is properly attached to your prop is really important. One of the best ways to keep it in place is to finish off your wicks with some glue along the seams.
The best (possibly only?) type of glue to use for Fire Props is PVA glue. It is great because it hardens when exposed to heat. Because it hardens it will not burn where there is glue so don't cover your prop in glue. It will burn off after some time, so keep some glue on hand for fixing your wick if it needs it.
