Begin by wrapping about 4"(~10cm) on each end of the tube with the Double Sided Mounting Tape, you do not need to fully cover the tube, spiraling up the tube will work. Don't remove the plastic from the outside of the tape yet. Next cut your rope into 8 equal lengths if you are doing an ISIS weave or into 16 if you are doing a Inferno Weave. Start your weave then place your tube at the center of the weave, then remove the plastic from the tape and begin to weave the rope around, making sure it is tight. Once you have reached the desired length of the weave, cut the ends of the rope down to about 2.5"(~6.5cm). You will then want to try and evenly space the ends on the tube and tape them down.
Putting on the Grip Tape
Find the center of the staff by balancing it on your finger. Mark that point with tape or a marker then take your grip and wrap it on each side of the tape for about a 1' and a half. Use tape, either gaff or electrical to tape down the grip, you may want to do this on both sides of the grip if it is unwrapping.
So for this method you are going to want to take 4-6 bike tubes, cut them in half, removing the valves. Afterwards take each tube individually and then tape one end onto the staff end, then wrap it tightly around the staff. Do this with 2-3 tubes on each end. Make sure they are well attached to the end.
