Build Fire Rope Dart
Materials
- Rope
- Chain
- 2x Quicklinks
- Optional:
- 1x Split-rings(Recommended) or 1x Quicklinks
- 1x Swivels
Tools
- Pliers
- Metal Cutters
- Knife or Scissors
- Optional:
- Split-ring Pliers or Knife
Method 1 - Fire Dart Without Head
Cut the rope to your desired length, keeping in mind the length that the chain will add. Then cut your Chain to an appropriate length. Then attach your Quicklinks to both ends of the chain. Take your rope and tie it securely to one of the Quicklinks. To the other Quicklink you will attach your head.
If you would like to add a Swivel to your Dart, attach a Split-ring or Quicklink to the end of the chain and then attach a Swivel. On the other side of the swivel add a Quicklink. This can be done on either side of the chain.
