Build Practice Rope Dart
- Rice/Lentils/Beans/A dry filling of some type
- 2x Long Socks
- Scissors or Knife
Method 1 - Sock Dart
Take the socks, open up the top and fill it to the weight you want. Tie a knot in the sock about the filling and invert the rest of the sock over the filled sock. Then insert that into your other sock, then tie your rope to your sock and then tape the sock and rope together.
Method 2 - Bike Tubing Dart
Tie a knot in the end of your rope, this knot needs to be fairly large. Take a bike tube, cut the tube, removing the valve then tape an end onto the rope. Wrap the tube tightly around the rope before taping it in place. You may want to use multiple tubes to increase weight.
